As a manufacturer and retailer, Magoo Mugs take great pride in the quality of our products, so we hope that you don’t have a reason to return your item.

In the event that you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return your product for any reason. You may return your item within 14 days (excluding personalised/ custom mugs).

Simply drop us an email with your order information and we will provide you with return instructions.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us for further help. We will ask for a quick photograph to avoid return postage costs.

Items which have arrived in a damaged state must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.

We do not accept returns for personalised or custom products.

All goods are covered by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.


We are happy to provide a full refund once your goods have been returned to us for inspection.

We cannot provide refunds for personalised products. Any problems, feel free to contact us using the contact link above.


All goods should arrive promptly after despatch, however Royal Mail expect customers to wait 15 working days after the due delivery date for an item to be considered late or lost. Working days do not include weekends and holidays. In the event of postal disputes or adverse weather, it is safe to assume that your item will be delayed by Royal Mail. As part of our anti fraud measures, we do not provide refunds for claims of non- receipt.

If your item has not arrived within 7 days of ordering please take the following action to help locate your item.

* Please check that the delivery address you provided at checkout is accurate.

* Please check with neighbours for delivery, your garage or any other safe places around your property.

* In the event you were not at home to accept your package, please check to see if Royal Mail have left a Delivery Card

* Sometimes a delivery card may not be left, please check with your Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they are holding any of your mail.

If your item has not arrived, please wait 10 working days before contacting us.
